This week on “At Issue With Tom Hauser,” we look at Gov. Tim Walz’s decision to extend Minnesota’s “stay at home” order another two weeks.

The order has been met by lawsuits, unhappy business owners and protesters – but the governor says it’s necessary for public health. Long-term care facilities continue to absorb the biggest blow, with a vast majority of COVID-related deaths coming from people with underlying health concerns.

Plus, with only about two weeks remaining in the legislative session, Minnesota House Speaker Melissa Hortman, DFL-Brooklyn Park, and Senate Majority Leader Paul Gazelka, R-Nisswa, outline their differing priorities.

Former Democratic presidential candidate Pete Buttigieg joins Tom for a one-on-one interview that ranges from his failed bid for the White House to the coronavirus, as well as his support for Joe Biden, who’s facing growing concerns over sexual assault allegations.
