Storm systems from the south are making their way up through Minnesota. And they're bringing more rain and more cold along with them, according to KSTP Meteorologist Nicole Mitchell.

The thunderstorm threat is fizzling out into Sunday, Mitchell says, but there could still be a rumble of thunder here and there, particularly in the southern portion of the state.
