Police investigating robbery, pursuit in Minneapolis
Police are investigating whether a pursuit and robbery that both occurred Sunday in Minneapolis are related.
Minneapolis Police said officers located a vehicle matching the description of one used in a robbery earlier in the day, and when they went to confront the driver, it fled.
Officers pursued the vehicle until it crashed near Oak Street and University Avenue.
One juvenile suspect was arrested, and another ran away, police said.
The robbery occurred in the 2800 block of 26th Avenue S. at about 4:45 p.m., according to police. Details remain unclear.
Police are working to determine if the robbery and pursuit are related.
