The body of a missing Isanti woman was believed to have been found near Isanti Tuesday night.

The Isanti County Sheriff’s Office said while investigators and police were executing a search warrant on the 300 block of 261st Avenue Northwest in Athens Township, a woman was found dead on the property.

The family has also been notified of this information and asks that everyone respect their privacy at this difficult time, said the sheriff’s office.
