Authorities say the bodies of two of the three people aboard a plane that went missing Sunday have been recovered.

The Washington County Sheriff's Office said Tuesday that crews continue to search the water-filled quarry on Grey Cloud Island but conditions remain difficult due to depth and debris from the plane's wreckage.

The sheriff's office said Monday that wreckage had been found and the operation had moved to a recovery mission.
