Minnesota Timberwolves guard D’Angelo Russell will miss the next four to six weeks following arthroscopic knee surgery.
According to a release from the team, Russell has missed the last three games due to left leg soreness. He will undergo arthroscopic surgery on Wednesday to remove a loose body from his left knee.
In 20 games played this season, Russell is averaging 19.3 points on 42.6% shooting and adding just over five assists per game.

The Timberwolves also updated the status of guard Jarrett Culver, who has been out since Jan. 25 after he sprained his left ankle in a game.
Culver is undergoing rehab and conditioning and is expected to be reevaluated next week to determine when he will be able to return to the court.
