Wild’s Fiala suspended three games for hit vs. Kings
Wild forward Kevin Fiala is suspended three games after the National Hockey League Department of Player Safety reviewed his hit on Los Angeles’ Matt Roy in Thursday night’s game.
Fiala will miss three games against Colorado on Saturday, Sunday and Tuesday. He’s eligible to return for Thursday’s game – also against Colorado.

The hit happened early in the secnd period of Thursday’s game. Fiala rode Roy into the boards, and was given a major penalty for boarding and a game misconduct.
The suspension will cost Fiala $77,586.21 in game checks – which goes into the Players Emergency Assistance Fund.
Fiala has scored three goals this season for the Wild.
