Wild head coach Dean Evason spoke about Marcus Foligno’s return, Ryan Hartman’s value, Marcus Johansson’s progress, fans returning, splitting with the Coyotes last week, and what a goaltender’s consistent play does for a team.
Wild defenseman Ryan Suter discussed having fans again, how Arizona was able to beat them in the second game last time the teams played, his thoughts on the team’s recent success, what has been the key to the team’s recent success, if the team can sustain the recent success, if he feels like the season still has meaning without fans, if fans were noticeable at Arizona and Las Vegas, and if he was surprised it took so much in the world to happen to put rest at a premium this season.
Wild left wing Jordan Greenway talked about getting fans back in April, his line’s current play, what has been different about Joel Eriksson Ek this year, what makes his own play better this year, and why he thinks his play and Eriksson Ek’s play are linked.
Finally, Wild right wing Ryan Hartman conversed about how frustrating the timing of his injury was, if he thinks it will be easy to pick up his play where it left off, what he saw from the team as a spectator, playing with Zach Parise and Kevin Fiala, how his injury happened, and if he knew right when the injury happened that he would be out for a bit.
