Wild forward Foligno hand delivered season tickets to St. Paul fan

It’s one thing to attend a Minnesota Wild game, and it’s another to get season tickets hand delivered to you by your favorite player on the team. That was a reality for a St. Paul resident on Tuesday.
Wild forward Marcus Foligno delivered season tickets and a signed jersey to 84-year-old Jan Ryan of St. Paul. Foligno is Ryan’s favorite player on the team.
“He did, all of a sudden he was coming up the steps, I opened the door and there he was, my favorite hockey player,” said Ryan.
The Wild’s regular season is right around the corner. Puck drop on their season and home opener is Thursday Oct. 13 at 7 p.m. against the New York Rangers in St. Paul.
