Vikings waive LS Austin Cutting, LB Hardy Nickerson

The Minnesota Vikings announced multiple moves on Tuesday.
Long-snapper Austin Cutting and linebacker Hardy Nickerson were waived. Andrew DePaola has been the active long-snapper the past two games for Minnesota and will be the designated long-snapper going forward.
In other moves, the Vikings also released cornerback Marcus Sayles from the practice squad and protected tight end Brandon Dillon on the practice squad.
The team’s next matchup will be at home on Sunday against the Jacksonville Jaguars. Kickoff is slated for noon.
