Vikings to pay Danielle Hunter $18 million roster bonus

ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports through a league source that the Minnesota Vikings plan to pay out an $18 million roster bonus to defensive end Danielle Hunter.

Schefter says that the payment should keep the two-time Pro Bowl player on the Vikings roster for the remaining two years of his contract.

The deadline to make a decision on paying the bonus was today.
