O’Connell, Cousins review Vikings spring program

The Vikings wrapped up their on-the-field work for the spring on Wednesday afternoon. The mandatory mini-camp comes to a close on Thursday with team meetings and a BBQ.
The Vikings will now get the next six weeks off from being at the facility, with training camp set to start in late July.
Head coach Kevin O’Connell and QB Kirk Cousins met with reporters after Wednesday’s practice.

The Vikings open the preseason Aug. 20 at home vs. the 49ers, then open the regular season at home vs. the Packers Sept. 11.
