Vikings night practice report, Aug. 8

The Vikings hosted their annual training camp night practice on Monday in Eagan.
Our Darren ‘Doogie’ Wolfson was there, and filed the above report.

Our cameras were limited in what we could capture, per team rules. The player of the night was kicker Greg Joseph. After our cameras were allowed to record, he nailed seven of eight field goal attempts, including two from over 50-yards.
The only player not present Monday was rookie safety Lewis Cine. The team announced post-practice that Cine’s absence is excused and that he’s expected back Wednesday when practice resumes.
