Vikings introduce Klint Kubiak as new offensive coordinator

The Vikings officially announced Klint Kubiak as the team’s new offensive coordinator on Tuesday. He succeeds his father Gary, who retired after one season as the VIkings OC.

This will be Kubiak’s first post as a top-tier coordinator. He had been the Vikings quarterbacks coach the last two seasons. He also was with the Vikings as assistant wide receivers coach and quality control coach in 2013 and 2014. He also was an offensive assistant and quarterbacks coach with the Denver Broncos from 2016-2018.

He played safety at Colorado State University from 2005-2009.

The team also announced Andrew Janocko moves to fill Kubiak’s spot as quarterbacks coach, and they’ve hired Keenan McCardell as wide receivers coach and Sam Siefkes as defensive quality control coach.
