Twins reinstate Refsnyder from IL, option Celestino

Tuesday, the Minnesota Twins reinstated outfielder Rob Refsnyder from the seven-day Injured List.

Refsnyder was placed on the list after suffering a concussion in a collision with the outfield wall on May 31 in Baltimore.

In 16 games this season, Refsynder has hit .320 with two home runs, three doubles, nine RBI and 10 runs scored, helping the Twins to a 9-5 record in those games.

To make room on the roster, the club optioned outfielder Gilberto Celestino to Triple-A St. Paul. The 22-year-old made his MLB debut on June 2 and played in four total games, going 0-12 with four strikeouts.
