Twins DH Nelson Cruz claims 4th Silver Slugger Award

Minnesota Twins designated hitter Nelson Cruz has won his fourth career Silver Slugger Award, as the winners were announced Thursday evening by Major League Baseball for 2020.
Cruz, who in 53 games batted .303, with 16 home runs, .992 OPS and 33 RBI, won the award previously in 2015, 2017 and 2019.
Others winning the award included Los Angeles Angels outfielder Mike Trout, Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder Mookie Betts, Chicago White Sox first baseman Jose Abreu, Kansas City Royals catcher Salvador Perez, Cleveland Indians third baseman Jose Ramirez and more.
