Twins’ Buxton & Arraez named American League All-Stars

Minnesota Twins players Byron Buxton and Luis Arraez were both named American League All-Stars on Sunday.
Buxton is making his first All-Star Game appearance. He’s hit 23 home runs this season and continues to be one of the best defensive center fielders in baseball.
Arraez is also an All-Star for the first time in his career. He leads MLB with a .348 batting average and leads the AL with a .420 on-base percentage.
The 2022 MLB All-Star Game is Tuesday, July 19 at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles.
