Twins: Season opener delayed to Friday

The Minnesota Twins announced early Wednesday morning their opening day game previously scheduled for this Thursday has been postponed to Friday.
According to the team, the game against the Seattle Mariners will now be played Friday, April 8 at 3:10 p.m. due to the forecast.

Anyone who had tickets purchased for Thursday’s game will automatically have their tickets moved to Friday’s rescheduled game. If you are unable to attend Friday’s game, CLICK HERE for other ticket policies.

The team’s Breakfast on the Plaza will still be held from 6-9 a.m., and gates will open ahead of the game at 1 p.m. First pitch will be thrown at 3:10 p.m.
