Andover senior RB D'Mario Davenport is our TRIA Prep Salute for Oct. 24.
Every Tuesday at 6:50 p.m. during the school year, we recognize a high school athlete or team with our TRIA Prep Salute.
This week’s honoree is Andover senior RB D’Mario Davenport. The Huskies are one of the best teams in Class 5A and are among the highest scoring teams in the state. Davenport has a lot to do with that.

Davenport scored five touchdowns in last week’s win over No. 8 Armstrong.
Andover is the 1-seed in section 7 and will play its first playoff game on Saturday vs. the winner of the Cambridge-Isanti vs. St. Francis game.
