TRIA Prep Salute, Apr. 11: Spring sports finally get going

Every Tuesday at 6:50 p.m. during the school year, we recognize a high school athlete or team with our TRIA Prep Salute.
This week’s honoree is the weather. We saw the sun on full display during Tuesday’s Bloomington Jefferson-Edina varsity baseball game. Edina won 11-0.

The weather is supposed to remain fantastic for the next few days. In other words, prime time for more baseball and softball games and track and field meets.
