Timberwolves sign Beverley to one-year extension
Minnesota Timberwolves guard Patrick Beverley signed a one-year, $13 million contract extension with the team, a source told KSTP’s Darren Wolfson Monday night.
Beverley, 33, is averaging nine points, 4.9 assists , 4.4 rebounds and 1.1 steals a game for the Timberwolves this season. He was on the final season of a three-year, $40 million contract.
Beverley is one of the few players on the Timberwolves with a wealth of playoff experience with 59 career postseason games.
