Timberwolves and Lynx host Pack the Vote Community Event

The Minnesota Timberwolves and Minnesota Lynx teamed up to host their third voter registration community event through the organization’s Pack the Vote initiative at The Sanneh Foundation, in St. Paul.

At the event, Timberwolves and Lynx CEO Ethan Casson and Timberwolves President of Basketball Operations Gersson Rosas both spoke about the event and why it was important to their organization.

The Timberwolves and Lynx launched the Pack the Vote initiative to provide the Twin Cities and communities across the country nonpartisan voter education, voter resources, and assist with digital and in-person voter registration options for the 2020 United States Presidential election.

The Sanneh Foundation serves the holistic youth development needs of the increasingly diverse Twin Cities metro area. Their mission is to empower youth by supporting and promoting educational attainment through in-school and after-school support, improve lives by providing programs that strengthen physical health and social and emotional development, and unite communities by advancing diversity, equity, and community well-being.
