St. Thomas men’s hockey ready for CCHA play

After a 1-5 run in non-conference play, including losses at St. Cloud St. and Penn St., the University of St. Thomas men’s hockey team begins conference play this weekend.
We spoke with head coach Rico Blasi to get a preview of CCHA play, find out how the second year in D-1 is going, and more.

St. Thomas (1-5), with 17 new players this season, starts conference play Friday and Saturday at Ferris State in Big Rapids, Mich.
