Scoop podcast, ep. 286: 2020 forward Mykell Robinson on Gophers hoops offer

It’s a fresh episode of the ‘Scoop’ podcast featuring our Darren ‘Doogie’ Wolfson.

He has notes on the Twins, Wolves, Gophers, and Vikings, including what catcher Mitch Garver will be paid in 2020.

He’s also joined by Gophers hoops recruit, 2020 forward from Sunrise Christian Academy, Mykell Robinson. Robinson said he plans on visiting the Gophers later this month.

In addition, Wolfson talks with Class of 2023 Gophers target Taison Chatman of Totino Grace, former Gophers DL Sam Renner, former Minnesota State-Mankato WR Shane Zylstra, and Gerry Anderson.

Anderson’s son, Mikey, made his NHL debut over the weekend for the Los Angeles Kings. It just so happened it came against New Jersey, who Gerry’s older son, Joey, plays for. Cool story.
