Rochester Lourdes defeats Concordia Academy-Roseville 71-55 in State Quarterfinals

Top-seeded Rochester Lourdes looked the part in racing to a 71-55 victory over Concordia Academy in the Class AA quarterfinals on Wednesday, March 11 at Williams Arena. Senior guard Alyssa Ustby scored 25 points, had nine rebounds, five assists, five blocks and two steals to power the Eagles (28-2) to the semifinals. Sophomore guard Caroline Adamson added 23 points and six rebounds. Junior guard Ivane Tensale had 19 points and three assists for the Beacons (20-10), who are making their first state tournament appearance.
