Law last pitched in the majors in 2019 for Toronto, producing a 4.90 ERA and a 1.665 WHIP. Law’s best year came In 2016 with the Giants. He had a rock-solid 2.13 ERA and 50 strikeouts over 55 innings pitched.

Law, 30, has a great slider, a pitch the Twins love to have their guys throw.

Law spent 2020 with Texas among its 60-player pool, but was never added to the 40-man roster.
