Q&A: Park Center’s Braeden Carrington reviews Gophers visit

Park Center Class of 2022 guard Braeden Carrington is a big target for new Gophers coach Ben Johnson. Carrington and his mom recently visited with Johnson and his staff, and we recapped that with him.

Carrington is among a star-studded 2022 Class in Minnesota, one that Johnson is working hard on.

Florida is among other big-time programs with lots of interest in Carrington. Purdue, Colorado, and Baylor haven’t offered a scholarship yet, wanting to see Carrington live in July. But they too have interest. July will be a key month for Carrington and many other players with Covid restrictions being lifted and college coaches able to watch AAU games in-person.
