Gophers great Jordan Murphy played his first professional season in the G-League with the Iowa Timberwolves.

He talked to our Darren ‘Doogie’ Wolfson about how the season went, and what the future holds.

In 20 minutes of action per game, Murphy averaged 9.6 points and 6 rebounds for the Iowa Wolves. He saw action across 42 games, starting 14 times. He is now a free agent.

Murphy is the Gophers’ all-time leading rebounder and second all-time leading scorer, and he recently added to his long list of accomplishments by being chosen for the Big Ten Network’s all-decade team.
