The last time that the Gophers beat Michigan was in 2014, and running back David Cobb was a big reason why.
He relived that win with KSTP Sports this week. Cobb finished with 183 yards rushing, and contributed another 50 yards on three catches.

A senior that year, Cobb averaged 5.7 yards per carry against a Michigan defense that entered the game ranked ninth in the NCAA in rushing defense.
Cobb is currently looking to get into coaching, and is living in Austin, Texas. He did a coaching internship in the summer with the Tennessee Titans.
The Gophers and Wolverines renew their rivalry on KSTP Saturday night, with a 6:30 kickoff.
