Q&A: Former Benilde S-M OL Eric Wilson on committing to Auburn

Former Benilde-St. Margaret’s and Harvard OL Eric Wilson committed to Auburn on Tuesday. The hometown Gophers had some interest.
We talked with Wilson about his decision to head to the SEC.

Wilson, who started at left guard for Harvard, emerged as one of the best offensive linemen in the Ivy League in 2019. After playing in all 10 games for the second straight season, Wilson earned second team All-Conference honors.
Wilson is finishing his degree at Harvard, then will head to Auburn in May. The Ivy League decided not to play football this fall, a big reason why he decided to transfer.
