We caught up with Gophers men’s basketball coach Ben Johnson at Taste Fore The Tour, a fundraiser for Volunteers Enlisted to Assist People (VEAP), the Twin Cities’ largest food pantry.

July has been very busy for Johnson and his staff. They have been on the road a lot, watching 2022 and 2023 recruits, plus still have an opportunity when in town to work with their current players.
Johnson provided background on the recent unfortunate news that forward Isaiah Ihnen (knee) will miss the season, among many talking points.
