Minnetonka hockey beats Chanhassen in double overtime to reach state tournament

Alex Lunski scored in double overtime as Minnetonka beat Chanhassen 2-1 in the Section 2AA Championship game Thursday night at Braemar Arena in Edina.

Micah Saxon opened the scoring for Chanhassen in the third period but Luke Garry answered for the Skippers on the power play less than two minutes later.
The victory sends Minnetonka to the Boys State Hockey Tournament.
