Minnehaha Academy senior guard Jalen Suggs was recognized at his local McDonald’s (41st Ave. and Hiawatha Ave. in Minneapolis) on Monday afternoon for making the McDonald’s All-American Game. KSTP Sports was there for the celebration.

The McDonald’s All-American Game is set for April 1 in Houston. Prior Lake’s Dawson Garcia is another Minnesotan who’ll play.
Many McDonald’s All-Americans have gone on to productive and lengthy NBA careers.
Suggs is a Gonzaga commitment.
