Minneapolis North boys hoops surges past Patrick Henry to set conference record

Minneapolis North pulled away in the second half from Patrick Henry on Tuesday for its 61st straight Minneapolis City Conference win, which is a record. The Polars won, 82-53.

The Polars went on a 20-1 run in the second half behind the play of seniors De’Meiko Anderson, Vashon Rich, and Gani Stevens.

Anderson led all scorers with 21 points, while Stevens finished with 17 points and Rich chipped in with 13 points.
