Collier was the 6th overall pick by the Minnesota Lynx in 2019 and won the WNBA Rookie of the Year award. Collier is the leading scorer for the Lynx this season with 17.3 points per game and she’s second in rebounding with more than six per game.

The United States will take on Nigeria on July 27 in Tokyo to begin pool play. Collier is joined by Lynx teammate Sylvia Fowles, along with head coach Cheryl Reeve, who will serve as an assistant coach for Team USA.
