Lynx announce second 7-day contract with Lindsay Allen

Team officials say the Minnesota Lynx have re-signed guard Lindsay Allen.

According to Thursday’s announcement, Allen has agreed to a seven-day contract, and is eligible to play Thursday night against the Atlanta Dream.

Thursday’s news comes exactly one week after a previous seven-day contract with Allen was approved.

The team says Allen has averaged 6.5 points, 4.5 assists and 2.5 rebounds during two games for the Lynx.

Prior to that, she played with the Indiana Fever Las Vegas Aces and the New York Liberty.
