Gophers football coach P.J. Fleck met with reporters Monday on campus. The Gophers are ranked No. 21 in the AP Top-25 poll following a blowout win at Michigan State over the weekend.

“We have a lot of guys who have had that happen before, and they’ve been there,” Fleck said when asked about being ranked. “They understand how the external message will get louder, but the internal message has to be the loudest.”
The Gophers are the only unbeaten team in the Big Ten West. They host Purdue Saturday for Homecoming at 11 a.m.
