The 6-4 Gophers women’s basketball team opens up Big Ten play Monday at the Barn vs. Nebraska.
Head coach Lindsay Whalen previewed the matchup on Friday afternoon.

Whalen noted that with non-conference games vs. UCONN, North Carolina, and Oklahoma, her team is battle-tested heading into conference play. The Gophers play Nebraska and Michigan, then have two more non-conference games. After that, the rest of the regular season will all be in-conference tilts.
