Gophers coach Pitino previews game vs. Boston College

The 4-0 Gophers take on 1-3 Boston College Tuesday at Williams Arena in the ACC/Big Ten Challenge. Gametime is 6 p.m.
Gophers coach Richard Pitino met with reporters on Monday and touched on the challenges of this year, big man Liam Robbins, wing Both Gach and shooting guard Gabe Kalscheur’s shooting woes.

This will be just the second matchup all-time between the Gophers and Boston College, both of which will have been part of the ACC/Big Ten Challenge. The teams met in Chestnut Hill, Mass., in Nov. of 2018 and the Eagles came away with a 68-56 win.
Boston College enters the ACC/Big Ten Challenge with a 1-3 overall record, dropping games to Villanova (76-67), St. John’s (97-93) and Florida (90-70), with a win over Rhode Island (69-64).
