The Royals at 4, Blue Jays at 5, Mariners at 6, Padres at 8, and Rockies at 9 have done a ton of work on Meyer. If he does go top-10, he’d be the first Gophers pitcher in their 132-year history to achieve that.

The last Minnesotan to go top-10 was Joe Mauer out of Cretin-Derham Hall high school to the Twins at No. 1 overall in 2001.

Meyer pitched in high school for Woodbury.
