When the 2022 NFL Draft begins on Thursday, Kwesi Adofo-Mensah will be grinding it out in the war room with administration trying to find the best fits for the Minnesota Vikings.

The Vikings select No. 12 overall on Thursday.

“You want to have 12 names to be able to go with when the draft starts. You want to be prepared for every possible scenario when its your turn to pick. This won’t be my pick. It’ll be a collaborative effort with everyone as we look at the best player for our needs,” said Adofo-Mensah.

If the Vikings stay at 12, possible picks could be safety Kyle Hamilton out of Notre Dame, wide receiver Jameson Williams out of Alabama, or Derek Stingley Jr., who’s a cornerback from LSU.

“I’m not going to say which way we’re leaning in the draft. We have many needs to address. We know the draft is an auction. It only takes one person to believe in a player. We’re going to be thorough in our search and try and make the best possible pick,” added Adofo-Mensah.
