Two days of quarterfinals in both classes of the Minnesota State High School League’s girls hockey state tournament came to a close late Saturday, March 27 when No. 5 Eastview edged No. 4 Stillwater in the final big-school game at the Xcel Energy Center. Junior defender Nora Stepan scored the game’s only goal with just under two minutes elapsed on a long wrist shot from the blue line that just hugged inside the upper left post.
