Girls State Basketball: Centennial beats Elk River 63-51 to advance to the Class 4A semifinals

Centennial never trails in the game and takes care of Elk River 63-51 to move on to the state semifinals in Class 4A. Jodi Anderson did much of the damage for Centennial scoring a game-high 24 points for the Cougars, in the team’s twelve points win over the Elks.

Elk River’s Elly Bahr tried to keep the Elks close scoring 14 points for Elk River, however every time the Elks got close the Cougars pulled away.

Centennial will face Rosemount on April 7th at Target Center in the Class 4A semifinals.
