Kyler Baugh recorded 52 tackles, 3.5 sacks and 4.5 TFLs last season for Houston Baptist. After entering the transfer portal earlier this week, he committed to the Gophers on Friday morning.
Our Darren ‘Doogie’ Wolfson caught up with Baugh to learn about the player he is and why Minnesota is such a good fit.

Baugh will be on campus next weekend for the spring game, and is very excited to start his Gophers career. He has two years of eligibility remaining.
Baugh replaces Harvard transfer Chris Smith, who backed out of his Minnesota commitment and is now at Notre Dame.
6-foot-3 and 295 pounds, Baugh is from Talihana, Oklahoma.
