Defending Class 4A champs, Farmington, advances to section title game

The Farmington Tigers are now a win closer to the state tournament after a 2-0 win against Lakeville South in Red Wing on Saturday.
It was a scoreless game until the sixth inning, Farmington scored two runs after being hit by a pitch with the bases loaded and a RBI single.

With the win, the Tigers advance to the 1AAAA section title game on Tuesday, June 7, in Red Wing.
