Early in the first Breck sophomore forward Ava Lindsay showed off some fancy handles and finished the play with a beautiful goal to put the Mustangs up 1-0 with 12:06 left in the first period.

In the second period, sophomore Anika Fagley scored off a shot from eighth-grader Ellie Zakrajsheck to put Breck up 2-0 with 15:21 remaining in the period.

Holy Angels would answer that score when eighth-grader Taylor Lesnar stole the puck to start the Stars advantage and found freshman Emilie Anderson, who then hit Lesnar for a Holy Angels goal, making it 2-1 with 4:34 left in the second period. But, Breck did not waste any time getting that goal back. Ava Lindsay would setup sister Sadie Lindsay, who would assist freshman Josie Lang for a Mustang goal, making it a 3-1 with 1:02 remaining in the second.

In the third period, Sadie Lindsay scored off an assist from senior Emily Zumwinkle to put Breck up 4-1 with 7:12 left in the game. Lang would then add an empty-net goal for Breck to make it a 5-1 final.

Breck will face No. 1 seed Chisago Lakes Thursday evening at Chisago Lakes Arena.
