Blake takes down Benilde-St. Margaret’s in girls hockey

Ellie Morrison scored two goals to power Blake over Benilde-St. Margaret’s 4-1 on Thursday afternoon at the St. Louis Park Recreation Center.
Blake’s Suzy Higuchi scored just 38 seconds into the game, which set the tone for the Bears. Captain Julia Blum also scored in the first period, giving Blake a 2-0 lead after one.

Blake goalie Abby Ziehl gave up only one goal and had 30 saves.
