Benilde-St. Margaret’s topples Alexandria in Girls’ State Soccer quarterfinals

Siena Carver scored twice as Benilde-St. Margaret’s beat Alexandria 5-1 Thursday night in the quarterfinals of the Class 2A Girls’ State Soccer Tournament.
Brooklyn Miller, Grace Horejsi and Lauren Hillins also scored goals for the Red Knights.
Benilde-St. Margaret’s will play top-seeded Mahtomedi in the semifinals on November 2 (12:30 P.M.) at U.S. Bank Stadium.
