#1 Eden Prairie boys hoops cruises past #3 DeLaSalle

The #1 (class 4A) Eden Prairie Eagles boys basketball team defeated the #3 (class 3A) DeLaSalle Islanders 61-42 Saturday night at DeLaSalle High School.

The Eagles led the entirety of the contest. Senior guard John Henry was on fire from downtown, scoring his 1,000th career point in the process. Senior forward Austin Andrews was a beast in the block and senior guard Drake Dobbs had a great night shooting and finding open teammates throughout the game.
The loss drops the Islanders to 13-3. The win improves Eden Prairie to 18-0.
