Late Wednesday night, several animals in need arrived in Minnesota.

The Palm Valley Animal Society in southern Texas was struggling to care for animals due to pipes bursting.

So, Underdog Rescue MN in St. Louis Park sent volunteers to Texas on a rescue mission.

The volunteers headed to Texas on Sunday and brought back 69 dogs, one cat and two guinea pigs.

Last year, Underdog Rescue said it helped find homes for 782 animals.
